Slurry incorporation
The mounted disc harrow with a slurry spreader is used for the incorporation of slurry in the stubble field. Toothed discs with a diameter of 510 mm are mounted on the hydraulic folding frame made of fine-grained steel. The short disc harrow is available in five working widths from 4 to 7 meters.
The slurry is spread evenly in front of the disc segments via slurry distributors with 30 outlets and incorporated close to the ground by the following two rows of disc harrows.
For transport, the INJECT-DISC -L is hydraulically folded to a transport width of 3 meters.
Due to the compact design of the disc harrows, the weight is brought close to the power lifters. The good mixing is achieved by special inclination and position of the discs, which corresponds to an arrangement of X-shaped disc shafts. Double taper roller bearings are used as disc shaft bearings, they are hermetically maintenance-free and with a long service life (durability).
A tube packer roll with a diameter of 630 mm, spring stamp rolls or spring band rolls can be used as roll followers. These rollers provide the appropriate reconsolidation.
Thanks to high working speed, the performance of the machine is 30-50% higher than conventional disc harrows. Also given by the fact that the INJECT-DISC-L has a dead weight of about 700 kilograms per meter of working width.
It is mounted via coupling points to a rear power lift of the carrier vehicle, which ensures quick mounting and dismounting of the short disc harrow.
