Stubble cultivation
Our cultivator combinations are 4-bar equipment of the "BODEN-profi" series, with a frame made of fine-grained steel, with turned spring tines or with spring overload safety devices for the first loosening.
For the subsequent mixing of the harvest residues with the loosened soil, an X-shaped spring-loaded disc harrow combination is mounted behind the cultivator tines, which also simultaneously levels the field surface. Various selectable rollers take over the reconsolidation.
The cultivator is used for stubble cultivation as well as basic soil cultivation (mulch sowing), in working widths from 3.00 m to 7.50 m and a cultivation depth of up to approx. 25 cm.
Very good levelling of the field surface as well as excellent vertical and horizontal mixing of the crop residues with the soil characterise this implement.
A foldable tine frame and the hydraulic chassis guarantee a transport width of 3.00 metres and a transport height of less than 4 metres. Compressed air braking system, lighting system and EBE are included as standard.
